I'm not a guru. I'm in the middle of the work.
I spent twenty years as a business attorney. I sat across the table from founders at the best and worst moments of their working lives. Closing the deal. Fighting the partner. Trying not to lose everything. I saw what worked and what didn't, and I watched good people make avoidable mistakes because no one in their corner would tell them the truth.
But the real story isn't the resume. It's what was happening underneath it.
I had built the version of success you're supposed to want, and it felt hollow. So I stopped performing and started rebuilding. I rebuilt my body, because how you show up physically shows up everywhere. I came back to my faith and made it an active pursuit. I got honest about money and the relationships I'd been coasting on.
I built a multi-million dollar, multi-state law firm from the ground up after walking away from corporate America. I wrote a bestselling book. I gave a TEDx talk. And somewhere in there, I stopped being the guy with the impressive life and became the guy actually living one.
That's the work I do now. I walk alongside people doing the same thing.

What I bring that most coaches don't
Most coaches can tell you what to move toward. I can also tell you what's in the way, because I spent two decades spotting it for a living.
Twenty years practicing law wires you differently. I've seen businesses fail legally, financially, and structurally. I've advised on deals, disputes, and exits. When I sit with you, I don't just hear ambition. I hear risk. I hear the blind spots. And I help you handle them before they become problems.
You don't just get a coach. You get someone who sees the whole board, and who has done the inner work too.
