Before I became a business coach, I spent 20 years as a business attorney. I sat across the table from founders at the best and worst moments of their professional lives: closing a major deal, navigating a partnership dispute, preparing to sell, trying not to lose everything.
I saw what worked. I saw what didn't. And I watched brilliant people make avoidable mistakes because they didn't have the right person in their corner.
Eventually I stopped just protecting what people built -- and started helping them build something bigger.
That's the work I do now. I coach founders and CEOs who have already proven they can execute -- but who have hit a ceiling. The business needs them for everything. Growth has stalled. The freedom they were supposed to have never showed up.
